SMS Terms

These terms cover the text messages Trusted Local Realtor sends. You only get these messages if you ask for them, by checking a text-message consent box on one of our forms or by texting us first. Each box is optional, and you can check one, both or neither.

What you'll get

Marketing messages (only if you checked the marketing box): promotions about real estate opportunities, property purchase inquiries, and service updates from Trusted Local Realtor.

Non-marketing messages (only if you checked the non-marketing box): appointment-related notifications, such as booking confirmations and reminders, and updates about the property you asked about, like your cash offer, documents and closing.

Some messages may be sent using automated technology or AI-generated text (for example, an automated assistant that answers your questions or books a time). You can ask to talk with a person on our team at any time. Phone calls are covered separately, by the calls consent box on our forms.

How often

Message frequency varies with where you are in the process.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. We don't charge for our messages.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from us. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed and won't text you again unless you sign up again. You can also tell us on a call, or reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. We honor every opt-out request within 10 business days, and usually right away.

Your consent

Agreeing to texts or calls is never required to get your options or to sell your house to us. You can change your mind at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
